Woodruff Clubhouse offers a new, beautiful, cedar clubhouse in which to host your party. Our lounge and fireplace make for a cozy setting great for cocktail parties - especially during those colder months. TVs assure you don't miss a thing! Rent the Woodruff Clubhouse (available until March 15) Rental Rates: $75.00 per hour 3 Hour Special: $200.00 Advanced deposit is required at the time of booking your event. Confirmation of number of people required 7 days prior to your event. This is the number you will be charged for plus any additional guests you may have.
